Vintage El Rancho Las Vegas 25 Cent Slot Machine 9/12/1978 Non-working New Parts

A 1978 "EL RANCHO" LAS VEGAS 25 CENT SLOT MACHINE. Pretty cool nostalgic slot machine form Vegas! In non-working condition as found in the estate. Manufactured date of 9/12/1978 as indicated on the factory plate. I was rather disappointed not being able to play this machine. It appears to be a fun machine to play. Nice clean machine for its age. I did check the fuses they were all in good condition.

Could be a very simple fix? Appears there were quite a few new parts that were previously installed on this machine. Perfect project for an electrically, mechanically inclined person. This machine in working condition is worth twice more plus, than what I'm asking for in working condition.
