Vintage Ballys slot machine 1970's Turns On But Needs Restoration

For sale is a used slot machine that looks very vintage. I'm guessing from the 1970's. 25 coins and the handle stopped working wich controls the function of the game. The machine powers on but not playing needs parts and restoration as well as a good cleaning. It worked at one time as seen in the video but stopped.

The machine is extremely heavy. I have no keys for it either. This is the way i got it 5 years ago.
