Vintage BALLY 5 Cent Nickel Slot Machine partially works selling as is

This powers on , the lights come on , sounds like a fan is running. I put a nickel in it , pulled the handle , handle went down but the wheels do not spin. Tried it again and the handle would not pull down. Turned it off , unplugged it , turned power back on, dropped in a nickel , handle pulled down , wheels did not turn.

Dropped another nickel in and the handle would not pull down. Went through the same procedure and it did the same thing. I know nothing about the mechanics of these.

Might be a easy fix. No idea as to what it might be worth , may be worth more for parts than it would be working , will entertain reasonable offers if you can pick it up.
