IF YOU HIRE A TRANSPORT COMPNY TO PICK THIS MACHINE UP AT MY HOME I WILL GLADLY WORK WITH YOUR TRANSPORTER AND HELP THEM WITH LOADING THE MACHINE ONTO THEIR VEHICLE.

Vintage 1930's antique Jennings Chief Console slot machine. This machine has the original mechanism in it as evidenced by the serial number that is stamped into the back of the mechanism. This serial number is also stamped into the wooden case, the paper service tag on the inside of the case, and this serial number is also stamped on the part which I believe is the check pocket assembly. This machine does work, and it does payout. I have 2 youtube videos I have uploaded.

This machine may need a cleaning and oiling. When the machine sits without playing it for 3 of 4 days the slot machine arm feels like it slips and the reels will only spin to the next set of characters. But after you put 2 or 3 dimes into it, it works normally.

Like I said, this condition only exists when the machine sits idle for a few days. The machine also pays out properly on all levels except the jackpot. The first time I hit the jackpot it paid out nothing. The second time I hit the jackpot it paid out 20 dimes. The 3rd time I hit the jackpot it paid out 3 dimes.

I believe the payout slides need to be taken out and cleaned. The jackpot is full of dimes, and the coin tube is full of dimes. All the dimes are also included in the sale of the machine.

There will be no dimes in the coin box. The spring loaded drawer also works perfectly. This also has the keys. The keys are marked YALE, as the lock cylinder.

This machine does have some nicks, scratches, and wear on the finish. I also have a reproduction service manual that comes with the machine. This machine stands 58 inches high. 20" inches wide to the edge of slot machine arm, and 17" inches deep at the widest part of the base. PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE.
