Pre 1900 Antique Coin op machine base ornate cast iron arcade gambling vending

Ornate iron stand or base for a very early coin operated machine. Not sure if it was a gambling card machine, slot machine, arcade, vending, automaton, or even a music coin operated machine.

Stands 43 tall, the top is 9 1/2x 10 3/4..... The octagon base is 18 across at the flats. 4 screw holes can hold something to the top, and the typical screw holes are at each corner of the base, to hold it to the saloon floor.

The unique feature is the cast iron cash door that is in the post. Lock is intact but needs some work.

A great item for the restorer or collector, and will give instant bonafides to your treasure. I prefer to have thispickd up and will hold safely until this can be arranged.
