It does have a key for the lock and had another key attached to it, the one in the 4th photo laying on top. May have been for the change box which is missing. There was repair done to the front around the lock and another spot (last 2 photos). Glass is broke, wheels/spinners are missing, needs repaint, chrome is bad, wood is cracked, mechanisms are rusty, etc.... Seems most internal parts do move freely but will need gone over.
