It is missing a couple lights and I have not tested the others since the wiring is cut and the lights removed. It comes with a black back door that has ODJ on it. It has a lock and key.

Manufacturers tag says SUPER DELUXE CHIEF with the serial number being 152904, which matches the serial number stamped on the wooden cabinet. Instead of the machine being chromed, this one appears to be originally painted from JENNINGS. The mechanism serial number does not match the cabinet.
