Antique nickel slot machine 4 coin floor model

This is a floor model 4 nickel slot machine. I don't know what company manufactured it, figuring from the 1940's or 50's. Only markings I found are 7-1140 (6th picture) and 45P 13 (8th picture).

Stands 55" tall, 38 1/2" wide and 28 1/2 deep. Untested, never plugged it in. Would recommend a total "tune up" or rebuild. It can be picked up in Carlisle, Pa. Contact me prior to purchasing to make arrangements.
