Several parts would need to be fabricated for the jackpots to work (which might not be easy to figure out without a similar machine to look at). This is a very early conversion, before Pace was using the regular Comet-style jackpot. (Please study the photos), but again, the machine plays and works great like it is and makes all of the other non-jackpot payouts just fine. It has great curb appeal.
Very good original paint and nice patina. The oak cabinet has probably been refinished at some point. Check out the vintage owner's mark stamped into the front corner of the base. This machine is a great candidate for a restoration, but it has a great antique look as it is.It has the correct original early back door with a modern replacement lock which needs adjustment to make it easier to lock closed. The coin box is missing.
