The outer circle has numbers from 1 to 12. There are horses and roses around the outside circle. The top has a large circle with numbers from 1 to 16.
There is an arrow that spins. After you plug it in the motor starts and spins the arrows. The motor stops and the arrows will slow down and stop on a number.
