1930's MILLS Bursting Cherry 5 cent Slot Machine (Pick Up Only)

This is a vintage Mills Bursting Cherry 5 cent mechanical slot machine from the 1930's or early 40's. See the video and photos for best description. It has three wheels and a depiction of a bursting cherry on the front. The handle in not locking when a nickel is put in to start the spinning wheels. It has been working for years in my home until it recently stopped when my grandson kept putting nickels in it.

Might be an easy fix but I don't know anything about these mechanical machines. There are some vintage buffallo head nickels that are part of the machine front.
