You can play with or without quarters. When you win the quarters drop out.

If you want to take the quarters out without playing you can push the payout handle up and two quarters fall out at a time. Bells, spinner, lights, all parts work-nothing broke or missing! Has some age spots on the chrome.

Not sure if they can be buffed out. A few scratches on the back/ bottom as pictured. Typical age and usage spots on the chrome see the pics!
