This is a Rock-ola Official Sweepstakes countertop Horse Racing trade stimulator. Circa 1928 when gambling was against the law and these machines were made to overcome that law.

Pick a horses number , Insert a coin and squeeze the lever , Rotating horses on the Roulette wheel spin as the magic ball comes to rest revealing the winner. The Patron would bet on the winner and were paid on the sly by the bartender should they pick the correct Nag. Condition: it's in AS -IS condition.

If you insert a penny and pull the lever, the horse roulette spins, and the penny goes cleanly through the mechanism. Otherwise, no warentees on the working condition. There is some loss to the serigraph cardboard audience stand. It appears to be lacking the back panel.
