Mills Novelty Antique 50 Cent Slot Machine As Is Read

Vintage Mills Novelty Company 50¢ Slot Machine 1776. I don't know a great deal about the machine. It takes 50 cent pieces - which I have tested 4 times (so you at least have 4 Kennedy half dollars inside).

There is no key with this machine. The only testing I've done is put 4 50 cent pieces in and pulled the lever. Each time the numbers moved fine.

When you look inside you can see the coins stacking on top of each other - not sure if this is jamming or if this is normal. Because I have no key, I have no way of photographing inside of unit. As stated the unit does seem to at least spin when coin is inserted and lever is pulled. Not sure if jackpot works or anything else - I never won. Not sure what the three push buttons on top are for. The unit has oak case on sides and bottom. Not sure if paint is original or touched up. Shows some general cosmetic wear from age and use - paint wear, scratches, scuffs, dust / debris, etc. Wood shows some cracks and wear. Measures roughly 16" wide x 16" deep (from wood base) x 22 tall.
