Estate Fresh Mills Slot Machine. We plugged it in and the lights came on. Drop a dime in the slot and the "pull bulb" on top lights up.

Pull the lever and all 3 row spin and come to rest. (old school 90% silver pre 1964). Through it and it would win/payout every once in a while. Seems to have some trouble digesting modern non silver dimes. There may be some kind of adjustment for that but we have not messed with it.
