In good shape, some scuffs. Missing the "your selection" piece that would pick which number needed to be matched. Also missing the slide that would change up the coin slide that would allow it to be changed different coins. Maybe missing top back panel (see photo).

A small amount of brown paint that looks like some one painted near the unit and splatter from the brush. Great bit of history, made during the probation, survived barroom abuse, and time. Great addition to your collection or that fixer upper project. Box is 14" x 10" x 5.
